Overall idea of template configuration

Formwork preparation shall follow the sequence of large blocks first and then small blocks to prevent blind blanking and cutting. Where the width is greater than 200mm, it shall be used. Butt joint assembly is adopted for formwork, vertical assembly is mainly adopted for walls and columns, and horizontal assembly is mainly adopted for beam side formwork to minimize the cutting of joint and formwork.

During formwork allocation, the slab bottom formwork is pressed with the beam side formwork, the slab bottom formwork is pressed with the wall formwork, the beam side formwork is clamped with the beam bottom formwork, the wall formwork is clamped with the end formwork, and the external wall formwork is extended downward by 100mm as a whole to clamp the old wall.

The formwork shall be configured as many as possible, with large plates and whole plates placed at the edge and small plates placed in the middle. The minimum size of the formwork shall not be less than 200mm to achieve the purpose of reuse. Number each component, and number and count each configured template after formwork allocation to achieve the optimal formwork allocation scheme. The opening position of split bolts shall be considered for formwork allocation, and the opening position of each whole plate shall be fixed as much as possible to facilitate multiple turnover.

The arrangement of the main and secondary ribs should refer to the plate positioning and size. The double steel pipes of the main ribs should be arranged along the short side of the plate, with the distance from the end to the edge ≤ 150mm, and the spacing between the main ribs should be arranged according to the spacing between the support poles; The secondary ridge adopts square tube or wooden brace, and is arranged along the long side of the plate. The secondary ridge spacing is ≤ 200mm, the distance between the end and the plate edge is ≤ 150mm, and the overhanging end is ≤ 250mm.
