Requirements for selection of aluminum die project

When the aluminum die is used, there are certain requirements for the floor height, external frame, structural form and appearance structure.

◆ Floor height

The aluminum alloy formwork shall be preferentially selected with a floor height of 2.8-3.2 meters, which is more than 3.2 meters. The traditional method of adding cross bars and cross bridging is required.

◆ Outer frame

The combination of aluminum formwork and external climbing frame is the best construction method. If the outrigger is cantilevered, special treatment is required for formwork design, manufacturing and on-site installation, which is costly and difficult to construct.

◆ Structural form

Shear wall structure and frame shear wall structure are the best, while other structures have more masonry walls, so the advantage of using aluminum mold is not obvious.
