Bowl buckle scaffold is a steel pipe scaffold connected by bowl buckle.


Appearance quality requirements of components and fittings:




1. The steel pipe shall be free of crack, depression and corrosion, and the extended steel pipe shall not be used;




2. The surface of the casting shall be smooth and free from defects such as sand holes, shrinkage holes, cracks, and residual pouring and riser. The sand sticking on the surface shall be removed.


3 stamping parts shall be free of burrs, cracks, oxide scales and other defects;




4. All welds shall be full and the flux shall be removed, and there shall be no defects such as incomplete penetration, sand inclusion, undercut and crack;


5. The antirust paint coating of components and parts shall be uniform and solid.


6 the manufacturer's identification on the main components and accessories shall be clear.


Material and manufacturing requirements of components and accessories


The steel pipe for bowl buckle scaffold shall be Q235 grade a ordinary steel pipe conforming to the current national standard straight seam welded steel pipe [GB / t13793-92] or welded steel pipe for low pressure fluid transmission [GB / t3092], and its material performance shall conform to the provisions of the current national standard carbon structural steel [GB / T700]. The specification of steel pipe for bowl buckle frame is: Φ forty-eight × 3.5mm, and the wall thickness of steel pipe shall not be less than 3.5 - 0.025mm. The upper bowl buckle, adjustable base and adjustable support nut shall be made of malleable cast iron or cast steel, and the mechanical properties of the materials shall meet the requirements of kth330-08 in gb9440 and zg270-500 in gb11352. The lower bowl buckle, cross bar joint and diagonal bar joint shall be made of carbon cast steel, and the mechanical properties of the materials shall comply with the provisions of zg230-450 in gb11352. The lower bowl buckle integrally formed by hot stamping of steel plate shall meet the requirements of Q235 grade a steel in GB700 standard, and the plate thickness shall not be less than 6mm. And aging treatment at 600-650. D egree. It is strictly prohibited to use waste and rusted steel plates for restructuring. The wall thickness of the outer sleeve connected with the upright rod shall not be less than 3.5-0.025mm, the diameter shall not be more than 50mm, the length of the outer sleeve shall not be less than 160mm, and the extension length shall not be less than 110mm.


The setting of wall connecting rod shall meet the following requirements:




1. The elevation of the wall connecting rod and the scaffold shall be vertical to the wall. The wall connecting rod of each layer shall be on the same plane, and the horizontal spacing shall not be greater than 4 spans;




2. The wall connecting rod shall be set at the bowl buckle node with the corridor cross bar. When the steel pipe fastener is used as the wall connecting rod, the wall connecting rod shall be connected with the vertical rod by the right angle fastener, and the distance between the connection point and the bowl buckle node shall be ≤ 150mm;




3 the wall connecting rod must be a rigid structure that can bear tensile and compressive loads.


The setting of scaffold board shall meet the following requirements:




1. The hook of the steel scaffold board must be completely placed on the cross bar of the corridor and equipped with a self-locking device. Floating is prohibited;




2. The scaffold board placed on the cross bar must be firmly connected with the scaffold. The cross bar can be properly added. The length of the scaffold board probe should be less than 150mm;




3. Toe boards and guard rails shall be set outside the scaffold board frame of the operation layer, and two cross bars shall be used for the guardrail.
